In 1995 Cooney-Davis, LLC filed a subdivision agreement with the Summit County Recorder to create Aspen View Subdivision in Blue River, Colorado. The Association was functional in 2000 when enough property owners had established a permanent structure to qualify the land as an association.

We are a very small association consisting of 18 property owners. Two undeveloped properties exist as of August, 2023. An annual meeting of owners is scheduled in July and to reach most of the owners, it will be live via computer.
